I see how many people around are eating junk food and blaming their genetics or something else for their chronic diseases and lack of energy. A lot of chronic diseases are reversible without using medications, just by changing your diet and stopping poisoning your body.

You can improve your health and thrive if you choose to by changing your mindset and daily habits.

Your mindset determines your thoughts which eventually determines your actions. Action is needed to optimize health and improve body composition towards a greater lean mass and less body fat, which leads to being in a greater shape.
