What is your morning routine?

Do you have one?

I think the way we start our days has more influence then we realize!

Did you notice how you start your day? What is first thing you do when wake up – reaching your phone? 🤔

And then you see something went wrong, you read a negative message etc… and you start your day in defense… you feel like you have to handle the day 😓
It’s important to set your day up for offense, not defense!

What you can do to play offense:

✅ start with thinking of something you are grateful for – it can be small things like sunny day, rainy day, comfortable bed, that you are alive at least!
✅ think of what was it yesterday that you were happy about, what went right, what you accomplished even if it’s a small thing !
✅ think of what you can do today to feel great, to move the needle, what are 3 things you can accomplish today!

Get moving! Stretch and exercise to loosen joints and muscles that have not moved while sleeping and get blood flowing in improve both physical and mental performance throughout the day.
Learn something new every day. Growth is progress. Progress is happiness.

Do not just handle the day – win the day!
