Do not underestimate the power of exercise.

It has a lot of benefits for health and longevity.

Yes you can lose weight without exercising. But if your goal is to be in your best shape and your best health you need to make exercise a habit.

Exercise is not a punishment for what you ate

When you implement exercise in your every day life and make it a habit it starts a lot of beneficial processes in your body. For example, Research demonstrates exercise changes our genes expression enabling us to live longer.🧬  So, an exercise habit is very important for health and longevity.

“I do not have time to exercise…” Are you familiar with the saying?

Yes, when something is not a priority for us we usually don’t have time for it. You will always find time for something that is your priority.

But it’s not the end of your exercise career 😅 you still can build it in your every day life even when it seems like you do not have time for it.

You can start with something really small and what is fun for you. for example, turn on your favorite music and  do kitchen counter push-ups or jumping jacks in between your home chores! If you are a busy mom with kids, it will be fun for them too! They can do it with you!

There’s always a way to make time for every day exercising! Just try to be creative! And you will see that it actually doesn’t take a lot of your time! 💪🏼😎
